Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided in all apartments for your convenience.

Your apartment will be ready for arrival from 3.00 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am on the day of departure.

A little paradise for our younger guests, featuring a variety of toys and entertaining games for hours of fun.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The payment is processed directly through our booking system and online booking platform.

Our Huater.nest double room can be added to any apartment booking and provides comfortable accommodation for an additional 2 to 3 guests.

A final cleaning fee applies and can be found in our current price lists.

In our garden and on the small sunbathing lawn, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the mountains in every season.

Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire house.

Cosy Tyrolean-style lounge with a traditional tiled stove. The perfect place for relaxed evenings with friends or a leisurely breakfast together.

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

There is plenty of free parking available directly outside the house. Garage parking is available on request.

The invoice is payable on site either in cash or by bank transfer. Please note that debit cards and credit cards are not accepted.

A small outdoor playground next to our barn, featuring a climbing frame, double-seater go-kart, trampoline and swing for our younger guests.

The free ski bus stops directly outside the Huaterhof and takes you straight to the Zillertal Arena.

Store your ski equipment safely in our ski and drying room in the basement, complete with a ski boot dryer.

During the summer months, a large trampoline is set up in our garden, providing fun and entertainment for guests of all ages.

The visitor’s tax in the Zillertal Arena is €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
