Information About Our Cancellation Policy
It is always disappointing when the anticipation of a holiday is great, but the trip has to be cancelled unexpectedly or cut short. As a reserved apartment can often no longer be re-let at short notice, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This gives you peace of mind and ensures you are well protected should the unexpected happen.
- Free cancellation is available up to 2 months before arrival. Any deposit already paid will be gladly refunded or credited towards a future stay.
- For cancellations made between 2 months and 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 1 month before arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total booked stay.
